How Cold is Too Cold to Ride?

October 26th, 2015|1 Comment

Ahh! Our horses have gotten all furry! It’s that time of year again…days are growing shorter […]

After researching on the internet, my wife and I found Cottonwood.  We immediately liked the vibe.  Its great to get out of the city and ride.  There’s a beautiful view of the Front Range, a huge cross country riding course and access to Chatfield trails.
My daughter has been riding at Cottonwood for over 6 years now. It has become her second home and I couldn’t ask for a better place for a young teenager to spend her time! She has grown so much, not only as a rider but as a young adult and CRC plays a big part in that!
Over the years, much has changed in the horse industry. However, one constant has been the excellent care and compassion of Cottonwood Riding Club. Having boarded a horse for over 15 years at the facility, I’ve always felt reassured he was being well fed and taken care of.
We love coming out to “the barn” every day. It’s such a beautiful, peaceful environment.  My stressful day literally melts away the moment I step out of the car. You just can’t help but feel happiness and peace. I swear it’s my daily therapy!
